Hospice affirms life, improves comfort, and does not hasten or postpone death. Hospice care begins in the final six months of life and is usually provided in the patient’s home, but it can also be provided in a hospital or nursing home. In most cases, care is provided in the patient’s home but may also be provided in freestanding hospice centers, hospitals, nursing homes, and other long-term care facilities.

The standard room includes a comfortable, automatically adjustable bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe, a table and chairs for receiving visitors and a TV. You have a choice when it comes to choosing who provides your Home Health and Hospice services.
